Hedone LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates a social networking and dating platform designed for consenting adults interested in alternative lifestyle connections and swinging communities. Our Service allows users to create profiles, communicate with other users, and arrange meetings.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Hedone LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFITS.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
